Payment Options
How do I pay for dental treatment?
At Glenmore Park Dental, we make paying for treatment easy. We have listed our fee range for the most common dental treatment for your convenience. We accept all card payments and on the spot health fund claims through HICAPS. We offer payment plans and bulk bill treatments for Medicare eligible CDBS patients and DVA patients. We also accept OHFFSS Vouchers from Nepean Blue Mountains and South Western Sydney public dental hospitals through the government voucher scheme for pension or health care card holders.
HICAPS
Instant rebate from your private health fund.

We accept all private health funds using our HICAPS facility. You must have your health fund card present. This means you will receive your health fund rebate instantly and you will only be required to pay the difference between our fee and your health fund rebate (gap). Please note that the gap payment will depend on your level of cover and the amount your health fund will rebate.
Westfund Preferred Provider
We are a provider of choice for Westfund Health Insurance in Glenmore Park, which means that you are fully covered with no out of pocket expenses or gap payment required on preventive dental treatments including examination, checkup, scale and clean, fluoride, xrays, and fissure seals. (Providing you have not already used your rebate up in the calendar year).

Eligible children can receive up to $1026 worth of dental treatment over two consecutive calendar years. If your child is eligible we are able to bulk bill their dental treatment up to the available balance. Medicare Child Dental Benefits Scheme (CBDS) Bulk Billing

Patient with a DVA Gold card can received bulk billed dental treatment in accordance with DVA guidelines for dental treatment, with no out of pocket expenses for eligible treatment which includes all dental treatments excluding implants and orthodontics.

Afterpay allows you to enjoy your smile now and pay for it in four equal fortnightly payments. Sign up to Afterpay on your smartphone, and scan you Afterpay card at our EFTPOS terminal and its that easy!
With Afterpay you can spend up to $1400 on dental treatment with instant approval. There are no fees if you pay on time. The payment is split into four equal fortnightly instalments with the first instalments due on the same day of treatment.

National Dental Plan - Humm

We are a preferred provider for NIB Health Fund which means you receive preferential pricing on dental treatment fees. Some of these fees may be lower than the standard fee that we charge. You will still be required to pay the gap between the fee set by NIB and your rebate which depends on your level of cover.
Applicable for nib members and partners AAMI, Apia, Qantas, Suncorp, ING Health, GU Health, and IMAN Australian Health Plans.
